Founded in 1978, Clal Insurance is a prominent player in the Israeli financial sector. They offer a wide range of insurance and financial products for individuals and businesses, including: Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Non-Life Insurance (e.g., property & car insurances).
Holding a significant market share in Israel (16%), Clal manages over NIS 295 billion in assets (as of 2022). They are known for their extensive network of agents (over 3,700) providing personalized service and a focus on digital innovation for convenient access to services.
For this project, I designed a user-friendly and engaging online application process for home insurance, available on both desktop and mobile. This application prioritized user appeal and playfulness. Every step within the flow featured unique and interactive elements, making the insurance application process more enjoyable and memorable for potential customers.
I had just 3 weeks to design the complete flow. This included crafting the illustrations and interaction design, ensuring a cohesive and delightful experience across both platforms.
